We are currently seeking energetic and success-motivated individuals to sell internet and print advertising for AT&T Advertising Solutions. Base Pay and Average Earnings:

Outside sales reps earn a base salary + commissions. Reps are paid bi-weekly, which includes base, commissions, car & cell phone allowances, & any additional mileage. Representatives in Overland Park, KS on average earned $88,000+ and commissions are not capped.

Training:

You will receive a 9 week paid training in one of our world class training facilities. This is instructor-led classroom training. Consists of formal instruction and on-the-job training.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

* Selling Internet and print advertising accounts through face-to-face contact.
* Visiting businesses to obtain pertinent information about the business itself, potential markets, problems faced in doing business, current advertising and results from it.
* Discusses role of advertising in attracting new customers and retaining clientele.
* Preparing sample visuals and value proving background information, as basis for recommending advertising programs customized to meet the needs of each business.
* Preparing paper work and executing contracts for billing.
* Handling an aggressive work schedule of daily sales contacts - ability to prioritize and organize work is critical.

Qualifications

Requirements:

* 6+ months of cumulative business-to-business sales experience with verifiable proof of success, in an advertising environment preferred
* Microsoft Office and Internet proficiency (Google or Yahoo AdWords Certification preferred)
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
* Bachelors Degree, preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
