Clinical Manager

The Clinical Manager is a qualified and licensed clinician that provides support to the business divisions from a clinical perspective. The CM is available to assign, educate, supervise, counsel, terminate, and evaluate all healthcare professionals. Decisions to accept or decline a healthcare professional as a candidate with any of the business divisions is ultimately the responsibility of the CM. The CM provides support to the business on any needed clinical matters and participates in development of new business as needed. The CM may support one or more local staffing branch offices: providing training to new staff, supporting their clinicians and assisting in establishing and maintaining Joint Commission standards of performance. In addition, the role may include some level of support to a very large MSP account.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience as an RN, preferrably in acute care setting. 2 years of direct supervisory or management experience required.

Education:

RN education, prefer Bachelor's degree in nursing.
