ATS has an immediate opening for a Field Service Representative II.

Responsibilities will include:

*
Installing, physically moving, changing/upgrading, and disposing of computer hardware and software products

*
Maintaining virus protection, OS & service packs, general operations, and providing back-up and disaster recovery

*
Handling print queue issues

*
Performing hardware and software break fix on computer equipment within our customers site

*
Managing PC loaner program

*
Managing the PC refresh for the office

Qualifications

*
High School diploma or GED; Associate's degree from a college or technical school preferred

* 3-5 years of related experience preferred
* A+ certification required
* Certifications in IBM and HP preferred
* Intermediate-level knowledge of network infrastructure
* Ability to occasionally lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds, and occasionally move up to 100 pounds with assistance
