Job Description
Position provides complex and diversified administrative functions for an Executive. Position requires broad and comprehensive experience with knowledge of the Company s policies and practices.

Drafts nonroutine letters, memos, documents and various reports requiring comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures
*
Maintain calendar for the Executive
*
Prepare and process expense reports
*
Arrange travel, hotel accommodations, and car rentals
*
Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating agendas, and room preparation
*
Assist with the development of presentations by researching topics and creating presentation materials
*
Amend various spreadsheets for the Executive
*
Handle all correspondence not requiring the Executive s attention.
*
Create and maintain files for the Executive
*
Assist with special projects as needed
*
Implement and follow DMJM Harris Quality Assurance Program procedures
*
Implement and follow Document Control procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 policies
*
Perform other tasks as needed
Qualifications
Knowledge: Knowledge of basic office forms and procedures. Knowledge of basic office equipment.
Experience: 5 years of directly related administrative experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fastpace
environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Possess courteous telephone skills
