ARCADIS seeks a Geologist to support a growing base of projects in our Kansas City area office located in Lenexa, KS. This is an entry to junior level opportunity for a dynamic individual looking for career growth in environmental consulting. Fieldwork may include soil and groundwater collection, operation and maintenance activities for remediation systems, soil gas surveys, soil and groundwater sampling, groundwater well installation, and Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. Office work may include data compilation, data management, report writing, and regulatory file review.
This position offers an opportunity to learn about a wide variety of environmental projects, work with a great team, and join a successful growing organization with a reputation for high quality work and top notch employees.
Basic and Required Qualifications:
* Minimum years of experience: 0
* Education required: BS in Geology, Environmental Science or related field
* This position does requires travel. Travel amount is 80% with overnight travel required.
* A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.
* This position does not manage others.
