Requirements:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Some college preferred
2. Working knowledge of computer programs
3. Must be able to make presentations to groups of people
4. Previous training experience


KNOWLEDGE AND BACKGROUND: Good communication skills with supervisors and plant personnel. A thorough knowledge of raw material used throughout the plant. Must have a high level of accuracy.


COMMUNICATION/LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to team members, leads, supervisors, and management.

MANUAL DEXTERITY: Requires regularly using hands to handle and feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.


REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to apply concepts of basic math, algebra and/or geometry.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Job Description:
. Coordinate training requirements with production, hr and safety staff
2. Develop effective training programs to include machine operation, safety, quality
3. Coordinate training with department supervisor
4. Maintain training records
5. Develop training materials, to include booklets, transparencies, computer based presentations
6. Monitor training process to evaluate effectiveness
7. Communicate progress to associates supervisor, building manager, and HR
8. Must have good organizational skills
9. Must be able to work various shifts to ensure training reaches all shifts
10. Must understand and follow all safety rules and regulations
11. Must have maintain acceptable attendance
12. Must participate in exercise program
13. Must be familiar with all areas of the plant
