Job Description
This position will assist the Administrative Associate with general office duties which include processing faculty and staff work requests (this includes typing documents, scanning, photocopying, data entry, filing, running errands, etc.), greeting visitors, answering the phone, checking and responding to Curriculum & Teaching department emails and voicemail, checking for faxes on the copier/printer, ensuring the copier, printers and supply cabinets are fully stocked with paper, keeping the office supplies stocked in the work area and office, picking up and delivering department mail, and other tasks as needed.

Work Schedule
Must be available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm. Some afternoon shifts are possible on Tues., Wed. and Thurs. Work shifts may vary depending on department needs.

Required Qualifications
1. Students holding student hourly appointments must be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours each semester during the academic year.  Enrollment of one credit hour during the summer session is required if the student was not enrolled the previous spring or is not pre-enrolled in the upcoming fall term.
2. Strong oral and written communication skills as evidenced by application materials and interview.
3. Minimum of one year’s experience with Mac and PC as demonstrated by prior school/work experience.
4. Minimum of one year’s experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Qualtrics and Adobe Acrobat.
5. Available to be scheduled to work during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm).
