Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Administrative Associate is to provide administrative support to our investment staff.

Duties of this position will consist of, but not be limited to:

  • General administrative duties
  • Travel coordination (some via internet)
  • Expense report preparation for reimbursement
  • Scheduling visitor meetings and calendar coordination
  • Heavy phone work
  • Manage and organize files
  • Assist with or manage routine and special projects on an ongoing basis as required
  • Provide back-up assistance for other administrative support staff

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written form

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Two years administrative support experience, including ability to effectively handle heavy travel arrangements
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel required)
  • Ability to accurately type 40 WPM
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including composition and proofreading.
